Each hat is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Because our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, small variations in shape, color, or detailing may occur and are part of the process.
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund if the claim is approved.
Returns due to change of mind, preference, sizing, or normal handmade variations are not eligible for refunds.
If your order does not arrive and is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
